Similar to our Chalet concept in the winter we offer our guests excellent service and all the extras which they would come to expect from the most luxurious of hotels. The difference with Coastline is that all the services on offer are flexible and include chefs, nannies and beauty treatments.
For the summer the workload and focus is different with small teams all working closely together and often working outside of their normal role. The staff need to be very confident, independent and be prepared to immerse themselves in the local culture and discover the hidden treasures and secrets that the Island has to offer. We only look for hard working individuals who enjoy delivering exceptional customer service.

Island Manager (Mallorca)
A varied, demanding and challenging role as Island Manager you will have overall responsibility for the activities of the Company on the Island.
The role of Manager will vary on each Island according to the size of the team and the number of villas but in all cases this role is very hands on..... Duties will include;
- Liaison with all villa owners or local agents, suppliers and local authorities
- Supervision and motivation of personnel
- Quality control of villas; service, food and childcare
- Customer service offered via a 24-hour concierge line and guest visits
- Airport management
- Vehicle and resource management
- Island accounts
Skills and abilities required:
Managers should have proven Management experience, be fluent or have a high understanding in the local language (French or Spanish) and ideally have a good knowledge of the Mediterranean. A true professional with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills as well as being organized, motivated and being able to adapt to any situation in a calm and proficient manner.

Private Chef (Mallorca, Corsica)
A demanding but rewarding role you will be responsible for providing a professional private chef service according to villa bookings.
This will predominately involve the design, preparation and service of an a la carte menu to the highest possible standard. This is an ideal opportunity for those who enjoy the freedom of designing and creating menus as well as sourcing new suppliers and cooking with local produce. Duties will include:
- Menu design and planning (according to guest preferences)
- Preparation and the service of dinner and/or breakfast as requested
- Researching local produce and cuisine
- Identifying and liaising with the best suppliers for food in the local area
- Recommending wines to complement meals
Skills and Abilities required:
Chefs must ideally be fully qualified with experience in an A La Carte environment, but more than that, you must be creative and talented with an enormous enthusiasm for the Mediterranean and its produce.

Private Nanny (Corsica and Mallorca)
An extremely important role, as a private nanny you will be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of children in your care. This will predominantly involve creating a bespoke childcare service that ensures guests and children enjoy the highest level of care, whether you are with them for just one afternoon or a whole week.
Duties will include:
- Caring for babies and children from 6 months to 12 years
- Planning a stimulating, fun and safe range of age appropriate activities
- Promoting the childcare service
- Providing the highest levels of care and customer service to all guests, especially those with children
Skills and abilities required:
Nannies must be qualified to NNEB or CACHE/NVQ level 3 or equivalent standard, and a be confident in the water. We require candidates who have a proven record in being able to form bonds quickly, and have a natural affinity with their charges. You must be self motivated, enthusiastic, organised and confident working both alone and alongside parents.
