The villa is an eclectic mix of styles, blending 70’s retro-chic with timeless Far-Eastern inspiration to create an original to create an original and sharp contempary look. The atmosphere is comforting and calm, for in spite of the designer looks, this is definitely a place for relaxing.
To maximise the incredible sea views, the main ground-floor rooms open into a sun-baked terrace which spans the entire length of the house and is dressed in a brilliant bougainvillea. It is easy to imagine yourself in this gloriously elevated eyrie, wired to your iPod and witness to a panorama that seems to switch the world off and empty the mind.
VILLA DETAILS
Through the entrance hall on the upper level/first floor of the house are two double bedrooms with en suite shower room with WC, a small twin room and a separate shower room with hand basin and WC.
On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge/dining area with TV, DVD & CD player and doors to the terrace. The kitchen has electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and door to terrace. Exterior access to utility room with washing machine. Access to the road from this level.
Downstains on the lower ground floor there is a further double en suite bedroom with king size bed, and a double with en suite shower room with WC.
Outside there are open and covered terraces with barbecue and the rectangular pool, access via stone steps (dimensions 15m x 5m, depth 1m-2m)

Approximate distances – 3km from the beach at Cala Salada and 4km from the nearet beach, shops and resort in San Antonio.
