Fuentes d'Alt

The atmosphere at Fuented d'Alt is comforting and calm, for in spite of the designer looks, this is definitely a place for relaxing. To maximise the breathtaking sea and country views, the main ground-floor rooms open onto a large sun-baked teak terrace which spans the entire length of the house. It is only a ten minute saunter down to Cala Molins, a lovely sandy beach with gently shelving turquoise waters. Strolling down to the sea for an early morning swim or to play with the kids as the sun goes down at the end of the day are the very essence of a summer break away. A short walk further is Cala Marques with some fabulous rock diving and one of the best fish restaurants in the area.

VILLA DETAILS

Fuentes d'Alt is a beautiful property with a feeling of New England American. The large, comfortable living/dining room has air conditioning, TV, DVD player, CD player and doors opening onto the terrace. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is also a utility room with washing machine. There is a double and twin bedroom on the ground floor, both en suite and with air conditioning and doors to the terrace.  

Up the large staircase there is a small sitting area on the landing. The first floor has a further two en suite double bedrooms with air conditioning and doors to the terrace offering stunning views over the bay.  

Outside there are open and covered terraces, the manatory barbecue and the rectangular pool (dimensions 4m x 7m, depth 1.3m -1.7m)

Approximate distances – 100m from the nearest beach and 200m from the shops and restaurants in the village of Cala Sant Vicenç. 7km from the shops, bars and restaurants of Pollença. Palma Airport 1 hr.
