VILLA DETAILS

Ca'n Noble ia a lovely counry villa just 15 minutes walk from the village of Pollensa, ideal for those not wishing to rely on a car. The lounge/ dining room is furnished in a traditional style with hand crafted furniture, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and doors opening onto the front porch area. There is a mezzanine with separate sitting area and small kitchen with electric hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and doors to terrace. There is a double bedroom with en suite shower plus two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom, all have air conditioning. Plus an additional annexe with double bed, air conditioning and ensuite shower. 

At the rear of the villa is a covered terrace with barbecue for outside dining with tital privacy. The rectangular pool has a small decked terrace and can be fenced for child safety. The surrounding garden has palm trees, colourful flowers and large lawn area as well as a children’s playground.

A great location 15 minutes walk from Pollensa.
Approximate distances - 7km to the nearest beach and 1km to supermarket. Palma airport 55 mins drive.
