Can Gat has a large open-plan lounge/ dining room with satellite TV,  a DVD and CD player and the spiral stairs leading up to the 'chill out sitting area'The kitchen has electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and doors to the terrace. The utility room has washing machine. 
There is a single bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 2 seperate shower rooms, a separate WC and a large double master bedroom with a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with separate shower, all the bedrooms have access to the garden.  There is air conditioning throughout the villa.

Outside there are open and covered terraces, extensive gated lawns and a built in barbecue. The rectangular pool is accessed via Roman steps (dimensions 12m x 6m, depth 0.8m - 1.6m).

Location

Situated in the Son Fe area between Pollensa and Alcudia.
Approximate distances -  10km to Pollensa town, 6km to the nearest beach and the nearest supermarket. Palma airport is 50 mins drive.
