C'an Tirana

Original oak beams, thick stone walls, ancient olive trees and vine-clad cloisters enhance the sense of history. Through the entrance hall you will find the large lounge with ample seating for 10, a fireplace, digital satellite TV, DVD and CD player. There is a separate dining room with wood-burning stove. The modern kitchen has electric cooker and oven, a large American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dining area and doors to the covered terrace. On the ground floor there is one double bedroom with air conditioning, a shower room with handbasin and wc and a separate WC.

Upstairs on the first floor there is a sitting area with satellite TV and DVD player, 2 large twin bedrooms with air conditioning and the impressive master double bedroom with air conditioning, en suite bathroom with separate shower, handbasin & WC. There is a further bathroom with separate shower, handbasin and WC plus a shower room with handbasin and WC.

The annexe is accessed through the back of the main house, above garage. It has sitting area, small double bedroom and bathroom. Please note that the annexe is of a more basic standard than the rest of the property and is only available when the villa is booked for 9 or 10 people.

Villa C'an Tirana is only a few minutes drive from old Pollença town and the delightful beaches of Sant Vicenc.

Approximate distances – 3km from the nearest beach and 4km from the shops, bars and restaurants of Pollenca. Palma Airport 50 mins.
