Completed in summer 2010 this villa is quite simply breathtaking. The love and attention put into the build is clearly apparent and the finished product is amazing. The wooden floor throughout and the large windows make the space bright and airy and offers beautiful views over the mountains from every room.

VILLA DETAILS

The entrance hall opens onto the L-shaped living/ dining room which boasts large comfortable sofas, Satellite TV, DVD & CD player and has patio doors opening onto the large covered terrace with views of the valley, gardens and pool.
The ultra-modern kitchen has electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, microwave, stream oven, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer. The kitchen also has doors to the terrace.
From the left of the main entrance are two of the 5 bedrooms; one of the master en suite double bedrooms, one double bedroom and a shower room.
On the first floor the open landing overlooks the living area, there is a second large master en suite double bedroom at one end of the villa. At the opposite end  are two further twin bedrooms and a shower room. 
A basement accessed from the living room (by a gated stair case) provides a large open space and has a dart board and pool table. There is also a  laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, plus a shower room and WC.

Outside there are open and covered terraces with barbecue and the inviting salt water pool takes centre stage in the gardens (dimensions 10m x 5m, depth 1.6m - 2.5m). The pool can be heated on request (supplement payable locally).

Location

Beautifully secluded and peaceful location with views of the mountains.
Approximate distances - 6km to the town of Alcudia and the supermarket. The nearest beach is 7km and the golf course is 10km. Palma airport is 55 mins drive.
