A selection of departures can be arranged from London as well as from regional airports. Supplements may apply on all flights and are subject to availability.

We recognise the need to be flexible and we are happy to quote you for alternative scheduled or low cost flights and regional airports. Please note that holiday prices to Mallorca and Ibiza are based on standard fares and supplements may be applicable on certain dates subject to availability. All supplements will always be confirmed to you before you make your booking.

Any flight times supplied are correct at the time of publish but remain subject to change by the airline. 

Infants under the age of 2 years at the time of their return flight are not provided with a seat, and will be required to sit on an adult’s lap secured by an extension seat belt provided by the airline.

Please note that we will need to take an extra deposit at the time of booking for any scheduled flights we book on your behalf.  Scheduled flights are non-changeable and non-refundable, so please ensure your details are correct at the time of booking.

Baggage allowance

This may vary per airline, however as a general rule 20kgs of hold luggage per fare paying passenger (excluding infants) is permissible. One small cabin bag per fare paying passenger (excluding infants) and weighing no more than 5kg is allowed in the aircraft.

Your luggage allowance will be shown on your ticket so please check this when received. Failure to comply with the luggage allowance stated may result in excess baggage charges or baggage being off-loaded from the aircraft.

Sports equipment

If you wish to take your own golf clubs or other sporting equipment on holiday, please be aware that airlines will generally accept this but you need to pre book this service before you travel and be aware that charges will apply. Carriage is based on subject to load/space available basis and consequently carriage is subject to capacity available on the day of departure.

Meteor Meet & Greet parking provides you with a hassle-free start to your journey. Simply drive directly to your departure terminal, where a uniformed Meteor driver will meet you and take your car to their secure compound for the duration of your holiday. When you return, a Meteor driver will bring your vehicle back to you at the airport terminal.

Freedom and flexibility

All Coastline holidays include car hire to provide you with complete freedom and flexibility to explore your chosen destination.

Car hire has been included and allocated according to party size and has been arranged for collection and return to the airport. We recommend you consider the amount of luggage you will be taking to ensure that the allocated car/s is/are suitable for your needs. The size of the car will vary according to the number of passengers travelling (see below).

The inclusive car is a Group B, with 4 doors and air conditioning whenever possible.  Please note that we do not count infants as part of the total party size, when allocating the size of car included in the holiday price.

• 9 - 12 guests 3 x 5 seater cars
