You probably won’t want a chef every night. Barbequing fresh fish, bought from the local quayside, glass of rosé in hand, is one of the great holiday pleasures, after all.
Every so often though, we can’t help thinking that it might be fun to have one of our private chefs come over and indulge you for the evening. Each of our chefs is a creative and talented individual enthused by the Mediterranean and its produce. Whether a five course gastronomic delight complemented by the finest wines, or a more unassuming fixed price menu and BBQ for the kids, they will be delighted to advise and oblige.
Coastline private chefs
Our chefs can be booked all week or just for a special occasion and will tailor make your menus with you beforehand or suggest menus for your event.
Each of our Chefs is fully qualified and experienced. They will call you several days before your booking and discuss your personal requirements. You can select from a range of menus and dishes including all the local specialities and, of course, fresh fish. If you choose, they will also select wines to complement your menu.
The chefs will do all the shopping, preparation, presentation and clear up afterwards, leaving you to enjoy your holiday.
Your private chef can be requested locally, subject to availability. We recommend pre-booking through our London Office to guarantee the evenings you would prefer.
Please note that our chef service is not available in Ibiza or during low season in Mallorca.

Flexible chef service
Whether you want to give your Chef carte-blanche to produce a five course gastronomic delight with the very best wines, a more unassuming menu on a fixed budget or simply lobster and Chablis, they will be delighted to advise and oblige. For a modest amount extra he will also arrive a little early and cook the kids tea.
Prices
As the service is tailored to your own personal requirements, you only pay a fixed fee for the chef (see below) and simply reimburse the cost of the produce for which receipts are provided.
July and August:
- 2 guests - £100
- 3-4 guests - £110
- 5-6 guests - £140
- 7-8 guests - £160
May, June and September:
- 2 guests - £70
- 3-4 guests - £80
- 5-6 guests - £110
- 7-8 guests - £130

Our chefs also offer breakfast service and picnic delivery
Breakfast, some say, is the most important meal of the day!
Our chefs can also organise breakfast in the luxury of your villa, by the pool, on the terrace, in the garden. Why not start your day leisurely and invite our chef over to prepare you for your day ahead….
Breakfast prices: £150 for 6 days (Produce is not included and is payable locally.)

Picnics
Al fresco dining is one of the most pleasurable ways to enjoy your summer holiday. Whether exploring a different part of the island for the day or chartering a boat our chef can prepare a picnic stuffed with food and ready to go.
Picnic prices: vary - from €50 for 2 people including all produce and delivery to either your villa, yacht or the beach!

Welcome hamper
We provide a complimentary welcome hamper for your arrival. The hamper includes essentials such as milk, butter, fruit, bread, tea, coffee and cleaning items. We have also selected a few additional items which we hope will allow you to have a satisfying lunch in the villa before discovering the local area.
We also have a regional hamper available which includes local specialities, wines and a more luxurious and extensive selection of food. This is available to pre-book, prices and a full list of contents are available through our online shopping service.
