How to book
Call our reservations number on 0844 557 1020 to discuss your holiday requirements with one of our sales specialists or email sales@coastline.co.uk.
Subject to availability we will hold an option for you. To secure your booking we need a deposit of 15% of total booking (minimum £175 per person). You will need to include any relevant insurance premiums and a £100 deposit for each private nanny booked, and any flight supplements.
Please note that we will need to take an extra deposit at the time of booking for any scheduled flights we book on your behalf. Scheduled flights are non-changeable and non-refundable, so please ensure your details are correct at the time of booking.
The balance is due 10 weeks before you travel (please note that we do not normally issue reminders). Travel documents and pre-departure information will be sent out approximately 2 weeks prior to departure.
Security Deposit.
We require you to lodge a security deposit against any breakages, damage, losses, extra cleaning or outstanding amounts that you have incurred during your stay. This must be done by credit or debit card, by providing authorisation for us to deduct any advised charges from your card. Your card authorisation will be destroyed 28 days after the last day of your stay should no cost be incurred.

A full service company
We believe that booking your holiday should be a pleasure not a chore, so all Coastline holidays are inclusive of flights, car hire, maid service, linen, laundry and a complimentary welcome hamper.
However, we are also happy to ‘unpackage’ our prices for those who prefer to make their own travel arrangements – see ‘Complete Flexibility’ below for details.
What's included?
Your Coastline villa holiday price includes:
- Accommodation for the guests named on your invoice
- Return flights from the UK to your overseas destination (supplements may be applicable for Mallorca and Ibiza depending on availability at the time of booking)
- All Government and local taxes
- Baggage allowance as confirmed on your flight ticket and all current UK and Overseas taxes and surcharges
- An air-conditioned car and detailed driving instructions to your accommodation
- Complimentary welcome hamper and toiletries on arrival in your accommodation
- Maid service, linen and pool towels
- Daily delivery of bread and newspaper (Mallorca & Ibiza only. Please note that newspapers may be a day later than published in UK)
- The services of our local representatives - UK/ Overseas airport and in resort
- Villa book in your accommodation with local information and details of activities
Design your own holiday
We have negotiated excellent flights with reputable airlines to service our villa holidays. However, as regular travellers ourselves we recognise the need to be flexible, and we are happy to quote for your holiday with alternative scheduled, charter or regional flying or with upgraded or additional car hire.
Further optional extras include grocery delivery, in-villa breakfast service, private chef and childcare.
Shopping delivery
To save you having to dash out to the shops as soon as you arrive on holiday, we provide a welcome hamper at each of our villas. Welcome hampers include provisions for the first night and the following morning’s breakfast. They vary slightly according to availability, but always include essentials such as bread, butter, jam, water, coffee, tea, sugar, milk and toilet rolls.
You may also like to take advantage of our shopping delivery service. Simply select your groceries from our extensive shopping list and we will deliver to your villa at a convenient time on your arrival day. A small delivery and picking charge is applicable and is subject to driver availability and minimum of 24 hours notice. Please see the shopping delivery page for more details.
Consumer protection
All Coastline holidays are fully bonded for your protection. We are licensed with the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 3556. The air holidays and flights we provide are ATOL protected. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not left stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advanced booking.
