Island Manager (Corsica, Mallorca)

A varied, demanding and challenging role as Island Manager you will have overall responsibility for the activities of the Company on the Island. The role of Manager will vary on each Island according to the size of the team and the number of villas but in all cases this role is very hands on.....

Duties will include:
- Liaison with all villa owners or local agents, suppliers and local authorities. 
- Supervision and motivation of personnel.
- Quality control of villas; service, food and  childcare. 
- Customer service offered via a 24-hour concierge line and guest visits. 
- Airport management.
- Vehicle and resource management. 
- Island accounts.

Skills and Abilities required: 

Managers should have proven Management experience, be fluent or have a high understanding in the local language (French or Spanish) and ideally have a good knowledge of the Mediterranean.

A true professional with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills as well as being organized, motivated and being able to adapt to any situation in a calm and proficient manner.
