A Full-Service Company
We believe that booking your holiday should be a pleasure not a chore, so all Coastline holidays are inclusive of flights, car hire, maid service, linen, laundry and a complimentary welcome hamper. However, we are also happy to ‘unpackage’ our prices for those who prefer to make their own travel arrangements – see ‘Design Your Own Holiday’ below for details;
Your villa holiday price includes:
- Accommodation for the guests named on your invoice
- Return flights from the UK to your overseas destination (supplements may be applicable for Mallorca and Ibiza depending on availability at the time of booking - contact our reservations team for more details)
- An upgraded air-conditioned car and detailed driving instructions to your accommodation (car hire upgrades/additional cars are available - see the Car Hire information page)
- Complimentary Welcome Pack and Toiletries on arrival in your accommodation
- Maid service, linen and pool towels with a mid week linen change
- Daily delivery of bread and newspaper (please note that newspapers may be a day later than published in UK)
- The services of our local representatives - UK/Overseas airport and in resort
- Villa book in your accommodation with local information and details of activities
- All Government and local taxes
- Baggage allowance as confirmed on your flight ticket and all current UK and Overseas taxes and surcharges.
Travel and Design Your Own Holiday
We have negotiated excellent flights with reputable airlines to service our villa holidays. However, as regular travellers ourselves we recognise the need to be flexible, and we are happy to quote for your holiday with alternative scheduled, charter or regional flying or with upgraded or additional car hire. Further optional extras include grocery delivery, in-villa breakfast service, private chef and childcare.
Car hire included
All holidays include car hire - inclusive car hire will provide you with complete freedom and flexibility to explore your chosen destination. Car hire has been included and allocated according to party size and has been arranged for collection and return to the airport. We recommend you consider the amount of luggage you will be taking to ensure that the allocated car/s is/are suitable for your needs. Welcome pack and Shop on line before you go service
To save you having to dash out to the shops as soon as you arrive on holiday, we provide a welcome pack at each of our villas. Welcome packs include provisions for the first night and the following morning’s breakfast. They vary slightly according to availability, but always include essentials such as bread, butter, jam, water, coffee, tea, sugar, milk and toilet rolls.
You may like to take advantage of our shop online service. Simply select your groceries from our extensive online supermarket and we will deliver to your villa at a convenient time. This service is available pre departure and throughout your stay. A small delivery and picking charge is applicable and is subject to driver availability and minimum of 24 hours notice. Your security
The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 3556. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom.

Coastline is a member of the Association of Independent Tour Operators. The Association represents Britain’s leading independent tour operators and encourages high standards of quality and service. Coastline abides by the Association’s Code of Conduct and adheres to the AITO Quality Charter which can be viewed at www.aito.co.uk.
Attention to detail
Unfortunately, it is inevitable that some of the prices or details contained within this brochure may have changed since the brochure was printed. For example, all the facilities in a resort might not be fully functional in early or late season. Public holidays and religious festivals may affect the availability of resort facilities too. Sometimes the facilities in a villa may be removed or added to. You will be informed about any changes to prices or details within this brochure when you book, either by your travel agent or by ourselves as part of our commitment to quality customer service. Aviation insurance and Security charge We have included in our prices a charge representing the extra aircraft insurance and security costs, which have been imposed on airlines and tour operators, to the basic price of your holiday. At the time of publication our understanding is that these costs amount to £25 per person for shorthaul holidays, but you should be aware that these costs may change between the date of publication and the time of travel. Since these costs are beyond our control, we reserve the right to increase the amount of this charge at any time. We will of course inform you of any such change should that become necessary. In view of the current volatility of world oil prices, a fuel supplement may be added to the price of your holiday at the time of booking. Please call 0844 557 1020 for the latest information on the fuel supplement.
Insurance
It is compulsory and a condition of booking that you have adequate travel insurance for the duration of your holiday. If you decide not to take our recommended policy - see the Insurance page on the website – you must arrange your own cover to the same or higher standard and let us know the name of your alternative insurer.
Travel advice
The Foreign and Commonwealth Travel Unit may have issued information about your holiday destination. You are advised to check for any/all information.
Clients with restricted mobility
Some of our properties may be suitable for clients with restricted mobility and we will be happy to ensure that your chosen accommodation is suitable for your needs. Once you have selected a property, please call our reservations team on 0844 557 1020 for further information and assistance. If clients are not able to use the included car hire, this can be removed from the package price and a taxi transfer can be arranged at an additional cost. We can also make arrangements at the airports for assistance required, for which a charge may be applicable.
Special requests
We will do our utmost to meet any special requests that you may have, but these cannot be guaranteed. Any request should be mentioned to our reservations team at the time of booking.
